At Libyan International Veterinary Company (LIV), we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you can return it according to this return policy.
Return Period
You can return products within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
Eligible Items
The following products can be returned:
- Unused products in their original condition
- Defective or damaged products upon delivery
- Products that do not match the description
- Products that were shipped incorrectly
Non-Returnable Items
The following products cannot be returned:
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Perishable products (such as expired medications)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products purchased after the return period has expired
Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Contact us at +218 93 018 8184 or send an email to info@libyanintervet.ly with your order number and reason for return.
- Get Approval: We will review your request and approve the return if the product is eligible.
- Prepare the Product: Place the product in the original packaging with all accessories and documents.
- Send the Product: We will provide you with shipping address details. You can either bring the product to our nearest branch or arrange shipping.
Refund Process
After receiving and verifying the product:
- Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used in the original order
- Credit cards may take 10-14 days to show the refund
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective products
Exchange Policy
Defective or damaged products can be exchanged for similar products if available. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.
Return Shipping
If the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly, we will cover shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
