Return Period

You can return products within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Products without original packaging

Return Process

To return a product, please follow these steps:

Get Approval: We will review your request and approve the return if the product is eligible.
Prepare the Product: Place the product in the original packaging with all accessories and documents.
Send the Product: We will provide you with shipping address details. You can either bring the product to our nearest branch or arrange shipping.

Refund Process

After receiving and verifying the product:

Refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used in the original order
Credit cards may take 10-14 days to show the refund
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective products

Exchange Policy

Defective or damaged products can be exchanged for similar products if available. Please contact us to discuss exchange options.

Return Shipping

If the product is defective or was shipped incorrectly, we will cover shipping costs. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
